Short Survey on Lifestyles and College Students

We need your help!
We are inviting college students, ages 18-30, to take a short online survey about lifestyles and attitudes. The survey is anonymous and no identifying information is gathered.
The results will be used to develop an educational health-related program for young adults. The online survey data will go into a secure, encrypted database only accessible to the research team.
At the end of the survey, you can request a form of proof that youcompleted the survey (for class credit if your professor provides extra credit).
