ONE year and a few months later!

GOOD GRIEF! I do believe it has been over a year since I was last at My own Blog. Perhaps this wasn't such a good idea LOL Can't have much of a blog if you aren't blogging and apparently I can't find the time to BLOG! :-( What an odd word!

Want to try to make a few entries from time to time though. This dang Hep C just keeps me TIRED all the time and I spend so much time with my nonprofit activities that they are the only thing that keep me going. Most days I would rather just be in bed. I keep slapping myself though and reminding myself that once you *go down and stay down* you are pretty much *over* and I am not quite ready to be *over* yet ;-) Can't do much two days in a row though...... 'cept the puter........ I can always be on the computer because I can sit, stand, lie down, etc. as I need too ;-)

Still need to stop smoking. Can FEEL the difference in my lungs....... just going downhill faster and faster each week. Need to start exercising again, get back to yoga, can't believe just a scant 4 years ago I was doing adult ballet and now I can't climb a flight of stairs without getting SOB. Just a scant 8 years ago I was still doing pretty good with EVERYTHING! Actually it is a miracle and a blessing I am even still here :-) Can't buckle up in my car seat anymore either and then try to reach for something behind me. Liver pains about double me over and something *knots up* and then feels like a baby kicking as it slowly releases itself...... whatever the heck that might be. Never can find any answers about most of my odd symptoms and don't run across others that have quite the same thing. Of course Hep C is not a one size fits all disease anyway. I can even tell whether or not it is going to rain by my knee joints now. Is that a plus? ROFLOL

OK....... SERIOUSLY...... if you ran across this blog and want/need/should have some Hepatitis C education please go to www.hepcaware.org and log onto the telethon area. It is eight hours long and runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It is PACKED with great music, comedy and a TON of Hepatitis information!! Everyone should take a few moments and watch it and eventually get the WHOLE THING watched ;-)

Over and out and down for the count. I will be back sometime. Never know when....... just when you least expect it :-)

Peace on earth!
PS Pam
